- The owner of the Alman Bot (SimsumMC#2248) ensures that the stored data (which is described in the Privacy Policy.)
- safely and fully handled as the Privacy Policy says.
- The owner is not responsible for anything that any user does with the bot.
- The owner reserves the right to blacklist (lock the commands / functions of the bot for a user) any user at any given time without specifying a reason.
- The owner assumes no responsibility for any external links or services linked on any site/message or any other service which is from this bot. This includes the content and the functionality.
- Users of the bot should not break the Discord ToS and Guidelines by using the bot.
- All images & content (texts) are owned by the owner.
